As a  Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Santa Monica I provide Psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families with relational problems as well as anxiety, depression and other mood and behavioral disorders.

 

  Through a variety of psychological modalities including mindfulness-based techniques, I work with my clients to  examine inner dialogues and  uncover unconscious patterns. Through this process they begin to find freedom to be truly present in their lives rather than unconsciously repeating the past. As a result they are able to become more resilient and more creative, allowing their lives to be more joyful and more meaningful.   

    

  For more than 20 years I have been studying, practicing and teaching yoga. It offers me great personal insight and a path to inner peace. My goal in teaching is to help students become mindful in both yoga practice and in their daily lives, while reducing anxiety and depression to better their quality of life.
